To create a Custom Field:

1. Go to the Settings page by clicking the Cog icon on the left-hand side navigation bar.
2. Click Custom Fields under the Fields heading.
3. Click the New Custom Field button in the top-right corner.
4. Enter the Field Type, Name, Unique Key, and optionally a description of the Custom Field.
5. Click save.
