Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your Canopy Manage password, select the "Can't log in?" link and follow the steps to reset your password. You'll need access to the email address you use to login with.
If your email address is correct, you'll be emailed a link to Canopy Manage where you can enter a new password.
Make sure your new password contains: at least one number, upper and lower case letter, symbol, and is longer than 8 characters. Don't use dictionary words or easily guessed passwords, pass phrases are good.Change Password
If you just need to change your password, you can do this from within Canopy Manage:
- Select the Settings cog.
- Choose Profile.
- Select the "Change Password" button at the top
- Enter your current password and your desired new password and save.
