How to own a ticket

In the following, you will be guided in the steps taken to take ownership of a ticket within Connectwise.

Step 1: Click on the ticket link to open it,


Step 2: Change the “Company” to Business Station, 

Step 3: Change the ticket status to open,

Step 4: Click the Ticket owner tab and Add yourself as the owner, 

Step 5: Check who sent the ticket. Therefore, which department of Connectwise it is connected. These are Agatha Dhama – Business station; Sha Wharton – RDA and Lucy Finch – Treeti, 

Once these steps are taken, you are responsible for this ticket until its completion.
