Q: I just added a Provider and created a Group to display the assets, why are they not showing?

A: Canopy Manage runs discoveries on assets in half-hour increments, so newly added assets may not have been discovered yet. Discoveries happen on the half hour*, so it may take time for the new assets to be discovered and brought into the Canopy Manage system.

If a reasonable amount of time has passed and the assets are not appearing, double-check that your Group Rules are correct and that you entered the correct Provider Account details.

*The exception to this is newly provisioned assets, which are discovered immediately.
